This project was a campaign for Scapino Ballet, a dance company looking to connect with a broader, more diverse audience. Their shows mainly attracted older, white women, and they wanted to understand why others didn’t feel drawn in.

Through conversations with different people, we found that many missed a personal connection to what was happening on stage, the performances felt distant or hard to relate to.

Our campaign aimed to bridge that gap. We asked people to share personal stories, which were then transformed into dance piece, bringing real lives and emotions into Scapino’s performances.
